Golf this week

Neither the PGA TOUR nor the LPGA has a tournament at Black Desert this week. Earlier this month the resort hosted the PGA TOUR's Bank of Utah Championship, held October 1–4, 2026, according to pgatour.com.

Why Black Desert is a highlight of living in Ivins

Black Desert Resort sits right here in Ivins, and its championship course has put our town on the national golf map. The resort says it hosted the first PGA TOUR event held in Utah in 60 years. For people who live nearby, the weekly music, dining nights and seasonal events make it an easy place for a night out without leaving town. If you're thinking about living close to it all, take a look at Ivins homes for sale, nearby Kayenta and Snow Canyon, or browse all the communities I serve.
