My 21-year career in Utah, specializing now in properties across Ivins, Santa Clara, Kayenta, Entrada, and St. George, is marked by excellence and innovation. I’ve served as a state-approved real estate instructor for Utah, sharing knowledge to elevate our profession. My leadership extends nationally as a two-time local Director for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where I’ve attended a dozen NAR and Inman technology conferences, bringing cutting-edge training and resources back to our local realtors. From my early days pioneering Fortune 500 digital strategies at AOL, CNN, Time Warner, and Netscape, to launching Utah’s first online newspaper (Standard.net) in 1997, I’ve leveraged technology to deliver seamless client experiences and drive market growth. I live by the Golden Rule, both in life and in business, and take pride in my integrity—reflected in my 43 years of driving without a single ticket. Beyond real estate, I dedicate 12 hours weekly to community service, volunteerism, and mentoring. As a competitive golfer who’s competed in multiple Utah State Amateur events, I also teach lessons, fostering connection and growth in our community.
